Dine alfresco on a sheltered patio and go for a swim in a pool with a view. Le Casuzze is a holiday home which was completed in the summer of 2017 and designed by an architect from Bologna. It is perfectly integrated in the landscape behind the baroque town of Noto, and offers a superb view of the sea, the town and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Finding a balance between luxury and simplicity is difficult task, which the the architect has mastered incredibly well. The three bedrooms (all of which have a separate en-suite bathroom) have replaced the stables, whilst the living room is placed in the old housing quarters. There where empty space previously separated the two buildings now stands the kitchen. A fourth bathroom is accessible via the living-room. All the rooms are connected with one another and can also be accessed via the outside terraces, which face the south and east respecitively – the former offering a superb panomaric view of the surrounding landscape. The seven-by-seven-meter large pool was designed to resemble a Gebbia: an antique water reservoir; The pool area constituting the transition between the house and the mediterranean Macchia. The entire property is defined by an incredibly calm and harmonious atmosphere and is the perfect place to wind down. Le Casuzze is located on a beautiful ridge behind Noto, overlooking the city and the sea. Take wonderful walks through the Mediterranean scrub from here, undisturbed by the few houses in the neighborhood.

Beautiful country house with swimming pool, located on the hills of Noto. The property is perfectly integrated into the wonderful surrounding landscape, surrounded by olive and almond trees. It consists of a large living/kitchen area with a wood-burning oven for pizzas, a reading room, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a large bathroom with a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a large patio shaded by a beautiful ficus australis, complete with an outdoor shower and barbecue.

The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
