Great place in the countryside with beautiful nature.

We stayed at Petter’s place for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It was a lovely and peaceful spot with some woodland walks nearby. It’s also only 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Holmestrand. They have a pig and two dogs and the farm adjacent has several horses. There is a lodger living downstairs who kept to herself. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, as per the photos. We didn’t meet Petter but he had good communication and was flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. Many thanks!

Great, lovingly furnished cottage in a quiet area. You feel immediately comfortable and Anne-Mette is a very attentive, well-prepared and uncomplicated hostess. She likes to give tips on activities and takes time for her guests. I 100% recommend this place!

We spent 3 nights in Mette's house. The cottage is super cozy with a great view of the Telemark Canal. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. No TV or WiFi. However, we did not miss that. Mette was super nice and was always approachable. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Svenn’s Airbnb. The apartment was clean and very well decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. Ideal place for 2-3 people to stay, with a massive table which could host even more! Svelvik was a good place to explore southern Norway from- would recommend the walks from Spiralen and Drammen Sauna. We also walked up to Damvann lake from the apartment which was very beautiful and peaceful!

We loved our stay! It was a great location to experience the tranquil countryside (especially in the snow! 🤩) Our children loved sledging etc and it felt like a home from home as well as being a 45min drive from Oslo. Lots of other places to explore from here too. The house is cosy and had everything we needed. The washing machine was very handy too! Thank you again for being such friendly hosts

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

The setting is breathtaking. We loved everything about our stay, from the friendliness of our hosts to the animals on the farm. The house is thoughtfully laid out and extremely comfortable. We loved the bed, the extra blankets for lounging on the sofa, the fantastic shower AND the soaking tub. This was the perfect place to decompress. I can see why Siri has so many repeat guests!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Lovely cottage with a large lovely hot tub. Perfect for large group of friends or multiple families. Also located very nicely with a good distance to the next cabin.

Great stay in the house. The host was quick to respond when there was an error message on the pool and he quickly came to the place and fixed it. Delightful heated pool. Quiet and peaceful area with short distance to the sea.

The apartment was clean and it was easy to find. Great location and very nice people. Will be happy to return:)

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is so quaint and beautiful. Very spacious (for its size) and has everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and makes you feel relaxed.

The cottage was very cozy. The surroundings were peaceful with beautiful nature. We really enjoyed it. The host was very friendly and helpful. The cottage had everything we needed. We had a barbecue and went for a walk along the beautiful river. We highly recommend this little paradise.

The cabin was a little hard to find at first but Eric was ready to guide us by FaceTime. The cabin is very cozy and has all the facilities you need to stay for a long time. It feels very calm and private. The cabin is located in such a pretty area. We had some issues with water the last day but Eric was quick to pinpoint the issue and help us. A big recommendation if you like to live in nature!

Had a pleasant stay in cottage. Despite the rain, we entertained with darts, maps, swimming, fishing kayaking hiking and more. Because of the weather, burning wood was pleasant. Beautiful location

Fantastic treehouse! Comfortable for 6 adults due to the cabin's functional design. Good facilities for cooking. Idyllic surroundings with views of a trickling stream, chirping birds and jumping squirrels. Magnus was very friendly and resolved in our misunderstandings about the cabin's water supplies, responded quickly and was service minded. Good location with proximity to Dalen for historical hike and lunch/dinner at the hotel, as well as Lårdal sauna and swimming in the lake. Unique experience recommended!

A great and traditional cabin with a very beautiful location. Everything you need with a practical space solution and a beautiful view over the water. I was worried that my car was too low on the way in after the gate, but it was no problem. (Model3) The cabin is cozy and nicely decorated! Entirely to my taste for a Norwegian cabin! One has a full kitchen. The bathroom and toilet are separated so both can be used at the same time. There is a parking space for 2 maybe 3 cars right outside, but definitely more along the road. Oxana is very quick to respond and sent all the info in good time, very nice! I definitely recommend staying here for that price, if it's available. I was here late in the spring without snow. Thank you very much for the loan! 😊
