This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea on Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and maintains a consistently high standard. Beautiful views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

Great classic villa by the beach

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

House of 190 sqm over two floors, with 2 bathrooms that work well for a large group of friends or 2 families in quiet surroundings. Courtyard with parking for up to 5 cars and large lawn for play and fun. Put on slippers and bathrobe and stroll down to the water (400m) to the bathing jetty. Large terrace of 45 sqm makes the afternoon especially nice and Weber Genisis grill makes dinner in a breeze. New nice bathroom on the second floor that was totally renovated in 2022, and massage shower in the bathroom on the 1st floor.
