Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Catalina Cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood up in the hills above Kerrville less than 5 minutes from town center, restaurants, the Kerrville River Trail and the beautiful Guadalupe River. Wineries abound in every direction: Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Utopia. It is perfect for couples or small families to have a peaceful getaway in the beautiful Hill Country. A wonderful fire pit in the backyard awaits s'mores under a starry sky.

We are located about a mile south out of Utopia off of FM 187. Close to town yet a secluded feeling surrounds the property. Bird watching and wildlife viewing right off the back deck. We are located within a 20 minute drive to Lost Maples State Park or Garner State Park. We have a walking trail down to the riverside that you can use as a picnic sight. Right now the Sabinal river site we have is not swimmable due to the drought.

Charming 100+ yr old ranch house on private acreage with great views. Large patio & fenced back yard are great for kids/pets. Excellent star gazing. Wildlife feeders. We use this home ourselves and have young kids, so it is stocked better than most rentals and (relatively) kid friendly. Near Lost Maples Park (less than 10 min), Garner Park (30 min), Utopia (10 min), Leakey (20 min), Medina (20 min).
