For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: If you book for 1 person, you have a private room with TV, fridge, microwave. But very maybe you have to share the bathroom and separate toilet.

Small (approx. 30m2) but super cozy and private apartment. Well lit. Located in a residential area with private entrance and exit. Sleeping area, bathroom, independent toilet, sofa with TV. TV does not have cable, but do access to netflix. Kitchen has a fridge, kettle, coffee maker, air fryer and toaster, but no cooking facility. ATTENTION: SMOKING PROHIBITED! 10 min walk to Oss West station, 15 min to Oss station. From Oss, trains go to den Bosch (12 min) and Nijmegen (17 min).

Deze achtertuin bevindt zich op 15 fietsminuten van het prachtige ‘s-Hertogenbosch met zijn historische centrum. Een lang gekoesterde wens is hiermee in vervulling gegaan. We had a great stay in the house! The location is fantastic - detached with a beautiful view, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The house is very comfortably furnished and stocked with anything you might need. The fireplace in particular provided a really pleasant atmosphere in the evenings. The contact was also great - fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. You felt immediately welcome. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the house! Thank you 🤩

My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The bed was good, although it was a pity that it was two separate beds with a crevice in between – that was a little less comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was really a highlight: the shower was beautiful and modern. Also nothing but praise about the kitchen – the food was delicious! All in all a nice experience with a few small points of attention.

2 wonderful days spent in this fantastic BnB. It looked super nice and clean and had everything we needed. Ideal location because of the train station next to the accommodation, so you can be in Nijmegen in no time. On the other hand, the train traffic is not audible, ideal! The communication with the host was also perfect, responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended to stay here!
