Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Serenity and seclusion awaits you at Busha's Barn. The nicely appointed studio has everything you need to enjoy your visit. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Twin daybed in Living Room. Please note: there is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig and ice maker. Outside you are welcome to enjoy the pool, comfortable seating, fire pit, and grill Pool open May - September. Owner lives upstairs. No shared areas.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

Morgan county has some great craft breweries MoCo Brewing Project, Lilly Pad Hopyard Brewery and The Beer Barn.

The Lake Escape

The Lake Escape sits near the Emory River providing a great place for boating, fishing, swimming, or relaxing on the wrap around deck. There is a public area with boat ramp about 1 mile away.
