I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean, airy, and beautifully maintained, it felt like a breath of fresh air the moment I walked in. The backyard was a true oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well kept, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located close to Calabasas, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! We absolutely loved staying in David’s home. It was right near the beach for us to walk to in the morning. And while our entire family felt right at home, our cat was the one who felt the most heartbroken to leave 🥲 Typically, it takes him awhile to adjust to new spaces and can make him quite anxious. But in David’s beautiful Ventura home, he felt safe, comforted, and absolutely LOVED the environment. We’ve literally never seen him happier. There were so many big open windows for him to look out of, and the scratchy rugs were especially comfortable. We couldn’t have loved an Airbnb any more than this home and how happy it made all of us! Thank you David!

Catie's place was really clean and had everything you needed to have a good stay. So many interesting items to look at, and I feel like I need another stay to see everything. Lots to do on the outside property and plenty of games on the inside. The kitchen was WELL stocked and the beds comfortable. The common rooms are big with lots of places to sit. Close to great hiking areas and town. Book it you will love it!

We stayed here for three nights and had an absolutely amazing experience! The beach was even closer than we expected, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host and their team were incredibly attentive and responsive, always on top of everything. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. Jason is an amazing host. He is very responsive and helpful. The cute place has everything you need for either a short term or a long term stay. It’s quiet but it has a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Definitely will come back next time we visit Thousand Oaks.

Enjoyed this little sanctuary while on a business trip & visiting friends. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I got great rest for all the fun and work I poured into a long weekend. Great for a quiet getaway!

Amazing stay! The apartment is located right on the beachfront with direct access to the beach — you can literally walk out and feel the sand under your feet. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee with a sea view. The host was friendly and responsive. This spot has everything you need and is close to Linden for great food at shops. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. We had a great stay!

Pleasure staying here while in SB, it was like being at home, could easily stay here for weeks on end. Honestly probably the best kitted-out Airbnb we've ever stayed at; kitchen had everything you need, including a full spice cupboard, filtered water dispenser. Biggest clothes washing machine and dryer I've ever seen in a home! Very short walk to East Beach, and a very good quality fresh foods supermarket (which also has a delicious Mexican food truck out the front every night!). Jane is very friendly, helpful and responsive, everything was a breeze.

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

What a great location!!!! Rent without any hesitations, So clean and had hotel style soaps available in bathroom, great hot tub in the back yard, peach 🍑 trees. Beds were just like home, throw blankets and Netflix on the TV. Love it and worked out perfect while attending daughter's college graduation. Highly recommend

This place is the best location, walking distance to state street, funk zone, and the harbor. Very easy to find. I have already recommended to my family and I look forward to staying when I’m back in SB!

Couldn’t ask for more, my first time in Cali, having such a beautiful space to stay in with cleanliness and everything as described made me feel at home. Nicely secured, gym w everything you could ask for in it! hot tub and pool give vacation vibes, Palm trees Club house w pool table! , outdoor lounge area with grill and fireplace I plan to stay again and of course having such responsive understanding accommodating host made my stay comfortable thanks again
