For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

This stylishly renovated 1-room apartment offers a bright, quiet atmosphere with 2.7 m high ceilings and a large skylight with a view of the sky. Comfortable underfloor heating, a modern rain shower, air conditioning, 255 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a 50" HDTV with Fire TV ensure a relaxing living experience. Also ideal for longer stays, with a workstation, washing machine, and dryer. The private garden/balcony invites you to relax near the Cologne trade fair, Phantasialand, and the RheinEnergieStadion.

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest Wi-Fi technology WIFI 6. The 50 square meters with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. One separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen-living room is fully equipped.

Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
