In leafy yet central location Heiligenhaus we offer in a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house friendly guestrooms within easy for 1 max. 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Sie bewohnen ein helles ruhiges Studio mit Schlafempore, offener Küche und Bad, mitten auf einem idyllischem Pferdehof. Gut Scheidt liegt im grünen Dreieck Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Du erreichst die Wohnung komfortabel über deinen eignen Eingang. Aus dem großzügigen Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer gelangst du jeweils auf deine Terrasse mit Süd- Ausrichtung. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und auch sonst alles, was du brauchst. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer großen bodentiefen Dusche ausgestattet. Von der Wohnung aus erreichst du den schönen Badeneysee in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

The Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, the Westfield Centro or the Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area is approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

I use this apartment as my second place to stay or for when friends and family are visiting. So you shall not miss anything. Around in the area you will find all amenities of everyday life... groceries, transportation, restaurants, etc. It is only 10 minutes by feet to downtown & main station.
