In the state-recognized resort town of Zella-Mehlis, we have developed a cozy apartment with a lot of love under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founder company of the world-famous anchor sports weapons. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old bloodbeam, next to the ancient rhododendren bushes or by the creek. We have a year-round ski hall for cross-country skiers and those who want to become one, not far from the apartment in the beautiful Oberhof. The apartment is new and modernly furnished. The 124 km long Ilmtal cycle path leads from above the Ilmquelle in Allzunahan to the Ilmmündung in Großheringen. Swimming enthusiasts dive into the refreshing water of the 4km away outdoor pool. For a city or shopping trip, the 45km distant state capital Erfurt and Weimar offers everything your heart desires in about 70 km.
