Three bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom + guest toilet, kitchen, balcony, underfloor heating and parking space right outside the door. From the living room you look out onto the garden and the terrace where there is also a seating and barbecue area. For the children there is a play corner with various toys and books. Outside in the garden or at the nearby playground there is more play equipment. The plank floor and the open wooden ceilings ensure well-being and a healthy indoor climate.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Welcome to our cozy and modern apartment. It is lovingly furnished with a mixture of modern and old. The apartment invites vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Ochsenfurt is located directly on the Main with many cycling and hiking trails. Some things are within walking distance. Also, shopping markets within walking distance (1.6 km 22 min) and the medieval old town (2 km 25 min).

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We are delighted that our apartments have been included in the 2019 architectural tours.
