E-car owners will find a Wallbox (11kW, Type 2). Fully equipped brand new kitchen, modern bathrooms (floor heating), flat screen TV, free Wifi and a piano. New wooden floors in the whole house.

The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.
