Wir haben hier eine 3000 m2 Oase im Grünen, die trotzdem nur 15 Minuten von Salzburg entfernt liegt. Privatsphäre ist garantiert. Wir haben die letzten sechs Monate dieses wunderschöne Plätzchen renoviert, damit sich größere Gruppen oder zwei Familien darin sehr wohl fühlen können. Es liegt komplett im Grünen und hat an drei Seiten keine Nachbarn. Es ist voller Spielsachen und es gibt Trampolin und Spielgerüst. Wer einen Ort zum Entspannen und herunterkommen sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The lake is only a 7 minute walk away, as is the village center. Swing on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. At the spacious terrace, you'll start your vacation day with a breakfast with a lake view, and end at the barbecue evening.

Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

The cottage is located next to our small farm in a green meadow, surrounded by forest, on the outskirts of Salzburg. You will have an entire house for yourself. We don't have a public road, so it's quiet and yet so close to the city. There is free parking in front of the house, and in 10 minutes (0.7 km) you can reach the bus stop (downhill) to get to the city. You can walk from the bus to our place, depending on your fitness level. We always recommend a taxi for the journey.

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.
