The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in 10 Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle (bergab) um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Vom Bus zu uns rauf geht man je nach Kondition. Wir empfehlen für die Anreise immer ein Taxi.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.
