We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The 70 square meter apartment is flooded with light and very bright. Even in the warm months it remains cool, as the windows are opposite each other and the draft provides plenty of fresh air. The wood creates a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world."
