The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The Studio-Pfauen is on the main street, 5 minutes from the center and 10 minutes from the train station. It is furnished for 2 people and is located on the 3rd floor with private entrance. Suitable for bike and/or motorcycle riders as our workshop is on the first floor. Book 3 nights or more with us and receive the Appenzell vacation card with 25 attractive free offers, as well as arrival and return travel by public transport in Switzerland. The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

The small loft is on the ground floor of a stately house. It is modern and comfortably furnished: elegant bathroom in black and brass, white lime plaster walls, heated design concrete floor, many windows, direct access to the garden. The light-flooded room, the tranquility and the garden invite you to relax. The views of hills and Alps make you want to hike & bike. The train station and village square with restaurants and a shop are just a few steps (4 min.) away.

Vacation home - Recreation and nature

Our apartment in an apartment complex is embedded in nature with a breathtaking view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains. Despite the quiet location (car strongly recommended!), you are only about 10 minutes in the valley. The Laterns ski resort is only 10 minutes away by car. Our gem is also perfect as a starting point for hikes. We always strive to improve our offerings and want to provide our guests with a nice and affordable vacation

Bungalow with a dream view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

The bright, friendly apartment has a total of 80 square meters and a beautiful garden with seating. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen, there is a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (for capsules), oven, four hotplates and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment offers plenty of space to relax with family and friends.
