Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Our farm is located in Reichenau, district of Waidhaus, only 500 m (by foot) away from fhe Czech border. The uniqueness of our location can be described through its remote and natural surroundings. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
