Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean Grove Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

Leilani's was a great host. We had a great time, the location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! Rich’s place was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had everything our family needed and was so close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We could not have asked for more and can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Lillian’s property and once again, we felt right at home. Incredibly clean, beautiful view of the lake, and had everything you need. We look forward to returning soon.

We were first time visitors to Ocean Grove. It is a unique Jersey shore community with lots to offer families. We enjoyed staying at the house which was a stone’s throw from the terrific beach and boardwalks. The house and the entire area have lots of character. The house itself was surprisingly spacious, beautiful and is well-maintained. The parking in the back driveway was appreciated given crowded street parking. Overall, thank you for a great weekend and we look forward to visiting again.

Lovely place that truly was fully stocked with all you could need. Host was responsive and helpful. Being walking distance from the ocean was great!

Our dogs loved being able to play in the fenced in yard while I was working at the patio table. Having a parking spot in the back was great. We found a cute coffee shop that was a convenient walk away. Maria was helpful and checked in to see how everything was going and if she could help with anything. We would absolutely stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Lorine was extremely helpful during my stay. We arrived to the house in beautiful condition. It was cozy and clean and the view of the water from the porch was perfect . Our stay was peaceful and the pictures did not do the house justice! The two bedrooms were much bigger than expected, the space was cozy but spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed including a binder with some tips and a menu of some places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Lizette and Lorine’s place for a relaxing getaway if you’re staying in Long branch, NJ, visiting Monmouth and/or hoping to be close to beaches!

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

Anneke’s place was fantastic. Although the weather wasn’t in our favor, the place itself was very pleasant and felt like a new home. Anneke was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We hope to book again in the future!

Was the perfect place for our family to stay together during the NCAA regatta at Mercer County Park. The hosts are super-responsive and made us feel right at home. Making the farm-fresh eggs for the family during our stay was a highlight. Would certainly book here again for any future events in the area.

Staying here felt like home!!! It was very cozy and clean and the muffins that were baked for us were delicious! While this place is the lower level of an apartment we never saw the people upstairs. Though we did hear the occasional foot steps which is to be expected. Overall we will be considering this place again when we coke back to NJ

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

Just 3 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the boardwalk. Beautiful apartment, looks like it was recently painted and renovated. Everything is very fresh and new. L

Our second stay at Charleen's place. It checks every box for me..clean, bright, airy. Plenty of room for my family and a perfect porch with a view of the ocean for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Charleen reached out to us to make sure we were comfortable. Who could ask for more! Thank you!

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.
