Tommy and Janet were very responsive! They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special. The house was a wonderful experience!

Jason was a excellent host. He had great communication, and made the wholr experience extremely easy and hassle-free. The house itself was very clean and very cool. Overall it was a wonderful time and I would highly reccomend.

Beautiful home within walking distance to everything you need, especially the beach and restaurants. Clean home with cozy feel. My son never wanted to leave the beautiful pool at the property. Would recommended to families!!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Brian’s place. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed some down time at the house playing air hockey, having a meal together at the large dining table and walking our dogs on the beach (a very short walk away). The dogs each had their own dog bed and the fenced in yard was a plus! Check in/out was seamless and Brian was very responsive with recommendations and answering any questions that we had. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided the perfect space for our family to make new memories.

This was an awesome location and the pics doesn't do it justice. Steps to the beach with plenty of food options in the area. The split floors are perfect for family/group trip, especially with children.

We stayed here a week ago and are still talking bout the awesome time we had. Beautiful home, easy walk to the beach and shops. Hosts were extremely nice, friendly, helpful and communicative. Would love to stay there again and are referring anyone who asks for a wonderful quiet getaway to this place. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The property is ideal for family gatherings. It is very well equipped if you wish to make meals. The large living room is well arranged for group conversations, even close enough to the kitchen to includ those working in the kitchen. My wife and I were there with our Navy son, our two daughters and our son in law. We had a grand time reminiscing and sharing individual updates well into the night. The baths were well equipped, including very fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. Everything was spotlessly clean. Betty was very responsive and helpful, and was quick to respond to information requests. If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable, clean place to stay in Norfolk, I recommend Bay Dream Cottage.

The house was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Douglas was kind and the street the house is on is quiet. 7 min walk to the beach, easy to get to. Surrounding businesses (walking distance) are closed up completely. Playground and the Pier were also fenced off and closed - not in the owners control, so not blaming them. House was great, hosts were great, but if you're looking for a beach town vibe/we want to walk to where we need to be, this is not the area you are looking for.

Great location close to the beach and lots of things to do. Also quiet and walkable. The room is cozy and the view is amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

Check in was super easy, the AC was on when we arrived which was great after a long Uber. The pool felt nice and the whole backyard area was fantastic. We ended up using the bikes a lot more than we thought which was a lot of fun. It's a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and walking didn't take too much longer. Bradley was very quick to respond whenever I had a question about anything. If we come back to Virginia Beach we will definitely be checking the availability of this house!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Sandbridge Stay. The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to beach, but still quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest.

Nate was very responsive from booking , all the way through our stay. He was very flexible due to our circumstances and juggling vacation with 2 young children and 2 labradors. I would recommend this home to anyone with a family or pets as it offers the interior space that cape Charles historic homes lack while maintaining the same proximity to the town’s attractions.

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

The Pool House was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Denise had thoughtful touches like snacks, water, and coffee ready for us when we arrived. Both she and her sweet dog Murphy made us feel right at home. We were also able to check in when we arrived in Sandbridge a little early. The Pool House was ready and waiting. We were in town for a wedding, and when a last-minute issue came up with the newlyweds’ accommodations, Denise was incredibly gracious and allowed us to turn the Pool House over to them. It ended up being the perfect space for the couple to relax for a couple of days before leaving on their honeymoon. The couple and their parents were very grateful for Denise’s kindness and willingness to help. The stress of not having a place to stay on their wedding night melted away. I would absolutely recommend staying here — Denise is a wonderful host, and Murphy is a joy! God bless you, Denise.

This rental property was the ideal spot for our family reunion of 16, ages 8 to 78. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at several rental properties in Sandbridge Beach, VA in previous years, and this is our favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, regular and beach towels, etc.) The kids loved the game room and outdoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong room. Two big dining tables easily accommodated our group size (8 adults at one and 8 kids at the other). The beds and pillows were all comfortable. Amy, the Operations Manager, was most helpful and very responsive to any of our questions. We plan to return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely a 5-star experience for everyone in our family.

The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

Hearts Blossom by the Sea was absolutely adorable and very clean. The space provided everything we needed. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and the walking distance from Hearts Blossom to the beach is truly amazing. We didn't want to leave!

It was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Many great places with if walking distances or a short drive. The farmer’s market is a must do! Carrie was super helpful with a question during the stay. We would stay again!

My family of four had a wonderful stay at Gary’s place. The layout of the house is so cute/unique. The kids loved running around and checking out the space. They especially loved the enclosed sunroom. I believe Gary’s listing mentioned that he allows pets but the house was so clean you wouldn’t even be able to tell. My son has dog and cat allergies, we’d typically bring sheets from home to cover up furniture so he wouldn’t have a bad reaction. We didn’t have to cover anything up at Gary’s house! Sleeping space, bathrooms, and kitchen were all clean. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. The plastic bowls/plates were so useful for the kids! Beds are very firm, which was great for us. We will definitely try to stay at Gary’s again in the future.

Nicole was very responsive and i knew i could count on her for any issues. Beach was literally down the street and very quiet/private!

The house was lovely and met our needs. Very clean and well decorated. Pictures were true to what was there. We didn't cook any meals there, but the coffee/tea bar was a nice touch. Communications with Pip was easy and he was quick to resolve our needs. The house is close to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely rent this house or any of Pip's other properties again.

Ryan was very helpful. We were only there for a few days to greet our returning sailor from his deployment. It is quite close to the Naval base (about a 10 minute drive). We were very comfortable at this location. It feels like home! I recommend it highly!
