The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist für 2 Personen geeignet und hat einen separaten Eingang und eine großzügige Terrasse mit Privatsphäre. Ihren PKW können Sie auf der Straße vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung abstellen. Leider können wir im Interesse anderer Mieter keine Haustiere akzeptieren.

The property includes a bathroom and balcony. The Rhine promenade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, to the center of Beuel it is about 10 minutes. ( Cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets). By bus ( stop in 3min.fussweg reachable) you can be in about 12-15min. in the city center of Bonn.

Two e-bikes can be rented by our guests for day or multi-day tours. Contactless check-in and check-out via the key box is possible.

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.
