Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

A prime location, walking distance from the marketplace, stores, restaurants, and just a 5 min drive to the well-known mountain „Löbauer Berg“. Löbau is the perfect place to vacation. The climate is ideal with sunny summers and snowy winters. The list of activities in this area is long and includes swimming, hiking, sledding, boating, horseback riding, and more!

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. For toddlers, a travel cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. There is also plenty of space for the family's darlings (dogs). The enclosed garden area with hedge and a 90 cm high fence also offers relaxation for your 4-legged friends.
