Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Odessa

The place is as advertised. It’s very clean. It’s well equipped. The area is not stellar, but not horrible either. Can’t complain. It was a good stay.

Directions were a bit funky trying to find it. But other Than that a great place! Short or long term!

I was happy to know Lauren lives up the street from where I used to live in Midland. I was very familiar with her area of town and felt very peaceful and quiet. it's a very simple nice size apartment, something I should have looked into more when I was living there. I would love to stay there again if I decide to come back to Midland, extremely quiet and peaceful. I slept much better there than I do at my own home.

Great apartment, brilliant facilities and convenient location. Really loved the pool and and outside grill, and just a short drive to shops, downtown and a drive through cocktail bar! If we're lucky enough to be visiting Midland again, we would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this complex four times and we are placing this condo at the top of our list for future visits. Clean, parking was close and covered, short walk to the front door.

We just wanted to say how much we loved staying in your beautiful home. It was spacious, and the setup for younger kids was perfect. The back porch with the fire pit and lights was a wonderful touch – we didn’t make a fire, but it was nice to have the option. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. A couple of small things to mention: the beds were a bit firm for my husband and his brother, who both have back issues, and we had to clean the tub before giving our toddler a bath. Also, my husband wished there was a pizza cutter in the kitchen. Despite these minor things, your home truly felt like a place we could relax, and we’ll always remember our time there. Thank you for sharing it with us

Fantastic location!!! Hosts were very communicative and helpful! I always dread making trips to Midland, but when you have a wonderful place to stay, it always makes it so much better!! Be sure to ask for WiFi info, and be sure to soak up the darling courtyard of this fabulous stay!!!!

We hosted eight college students here for an internship trip, and it was perfect. They all had a great time—especially enjoying the game room. Highly recommend this spot for families or groups of friends looking for a convenient location near downtown and major highways. Getting around was a breeze.

Dan's place was my all time favorite Airbnb I've stayed at, the place was 100% perfect. the house it's self was beautiful and spacious, the beds were perfectly comfortable, the kitchen was glorious with appliances that all worked, and it was well stocked with bowls/pans and utensils. the living room is lovely with plenty of comfortable seating. the outdoor space was great to unwind after the day, its completely private and wonderful. Dan's communication is second to none, and I will gladly plan any time in midland around being able to stay at Dan's again.

Didn’t have garbage bags and dishwasher still isn’t working. All together I still enjoy the place.

Jamie’s place was wonderful! It was clean and modern! Stores and restaurants walking distance away! Snacks and double-ply!!! She cares about her guests! Definitely recommend!

I'm a solo traveler and love finding places like this one where I can spread out, have some privacy without booking an entire house. The space was comfortable and and clean. The shower was great.
