The house is completely new with quality materials and the details have been taken care of. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun goes down in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

No neighbors for miles around and you are not bothered by the area's many possibilities. Here you can really find peace and many wonderful nature experiences. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.
