Everything has been restored to the architect's original design from 1961, including newly upholstered B.M. furniture, wood on walls and floors, large terraces, brand new kitchen and nice bathroom. Insulated house so winter stays are also comfortable in front of the fireplace. There is air and plenty of space for the family and friends who will take good care of the house.

A short drive will take you to charming Rørvig Harbor, where you can enjoy the classic holiday atmosphere.

Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. The heart of the house is the inviting kitchen, which is the natural gathering point after a day at the beach. With 120 sqm of terrace, you can always find a sunny spot or shade as well as enjoy barbecue dinners. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful oasis. The house is for about 6 people. There are 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed (140 cm) 2 rooms with a single bed that can be converted to a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with a nice living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a nice outdoor terrace area and the property is a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

Velkommen til vores luksus feriehus i nordisk stil på 181 m² med plads til 10 gæster. Vi hedder Anders og Stine. Udendørs byder huset på en stor terrasse med privat vildmarksbad, sauna og udebruser. Indendørs findes biograf, billiard, bordtennis og bordfodbold - perfekt til både afslapning og sjov. Herudover 5 rummelige soveværelser samt et fuldt udstyret køkken. Naturoplevelser i topklasse med 300m. til skoven og 2 km til Danmarks bedste badestrand. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen.

Hverdagens puls falder fra det øjeblik I ankommer. En blanding af badehotellets charme og udendørs wellness med plads til både udeleg og mad over bål. Huset er bedst til 4 personer, 5 personer kan dog godt gå 😊 Tag til Rørvig Havn og fang krabber eller gå en tur i solnedgangen langs stranden der ligger 20 min. gåtur væk. Vand er inkl. i lejeprisen. Strøm forbrugsafregnes efter endt ophold med 4,85kr pr. kWh. Både vildmarksbad og sauna er på el. I skal selv medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder.

There are opportunities for good dining experiences, as well as walking in cozy Nykøbing Sjælland.

This authentic thatched-roof guest house is right next to the main host house. It is a peaceful, simple and relaxing oasis for a short weekend or summer vacation in nature. This guest house is for those who want to relax, take long walks in a forest or walk all the way to the beach nearby. The guest house is part of the main hosts' home area, and it is a remote place, yet easy to reach from cities like Copenhagen (just over 1 hour's drive).

Slap af med hele familien i dette skønne sommerhus ved Gudmindrup Lyng. Huset er 60 kvm og består af 3 værelser. To værelser med dobbeltseng og et værelse med køjeseng, samt et anneks med sovesofa. Derudover er der stue, køkken og spiseplads. Der er toilet i huset og baderum i anneks. Anneks og hus er forbundet med en overdækning. Der er pilleovn og varmepumpe. Gudmindrup strand med toiletfaciliteter og livredder i højsæsonen.
