The living area on the first floor has a sofa bed (for 2 people) and a bathroom. The apartment also has a small terrace.

The apartment is located in the attic of a 3-family house, has a daylight bathroom, bedroom with a cozy box spring bed & another bedroom with pull-out sofa bed.
