Bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

You will stay in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with antiques, a cinema hall, and a gazebo with unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest.
