Good value for rental price. Great communication and nice host. Everything you need in the apartment and one of the world's finest views . Great hiking opportunities and you drive past the shop on the way out so it's easy to shop. Recommended!

We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

We had an amazing stay with Tore and is wife. They are amazing hosts. Their place id in an amazing location, with the best view of Eidet and the mountains, and the house as everything you need to have a great stay and relax. It was exactly what we were looking for for our holidays. If we didn't have already booked another stay we would stay more days at Tore place

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulith's. The apartment is very nice with a terrace that has a magnificent view. Gulith's brother, Arthur, gave us plenty of information and was very friendly. We were able to hike and go boating. The restaurant next door is very good. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely cosy cabin in peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and really enjoyed beautiful Vesterålen. Location was great with many beautiful beaches and hikes around the corner. Good location near the Joker (for groceries) as well. Everything was described and the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Big thank you to the host for providing everything we needed!

Everything is great, nice location, lots of nature. Cozy cottage by the water without noise and behind it a river with singing swans. There are also ptarmigans right next door in the direction of Hovden. Great for nature lovers

To stay at Håvard's place is a treat. You will live in an authentic farm house where every little corner has been set up to store things. This has been by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Strongly recommended.

What a beautiful home from home, the property was immaculate throughout. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We stayed two families, with fours kids for a couple of days. There is only one bathroom, but that was not problem for us as we were out a lot enjoying the surroundings. The kids loved the trampoline. Ingrid was very responsive and the place is fairly close to a good supermarket and vinmonopolet. Thank you!

Here you get right into a home, just that hosting is missing! Homely and relaxing place 😊 Beautiful and quiet location with a view right in the ocean gap on one side and great mountains on the other. Difficult to go to bed in the evening as the midnight sun hung over the water crust and created a magical light. I Stayed there for one night. The house is beautiful with lot of beautiful and interesting stuff, the view from the diningroom is beautiful aswel. (the pictures don't lie!) There is an other house for the horses. Two beautiful horses who Elise takes care with lot of love. The main 'private' spaces are in the basement of the house. All rooms where splinter new. You also have access to the saloon and the kitchen. Elise was very nice and gives me good advice for a great restaurant. It was short, but I realy have a good time and would love to go back to Elise's house.
