Ruhig gelegen bietet die Unterkunft direkten Anschluss an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (Haltestellen in alle Himmelsrichtungen ca. 500 m entfernt), kurze Wege in die Zittauer Innenstadt (Laufzeit ca. 10 min), direkte Anbindung an das Naherholungsgebiet Olbersdorfer See (Laufzeit ca. 15 min) und Anschluss an die Schmalspurbahn in den Naturpark Zittauer Gebirge (Laufzeit ca. 10 min)

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Thanks to the prime central location, you can reach the market square (3-minute walk), bakery (1-minute walk), restaurants, DM drugstore and many other shops in just a few minutes' walk. There is ONE free parking space available in the courtyard. Bikes can be stored in the basement.

The bungalow is simply equipped, with a small kitchen and everything you need. In the lounge there is a double bed, closet, sitting area and a TV. A small adjoining room can be locked with a folding door. In the adjoining room, there is a bed and table. Bikes can be safely parked in the garage.

Vacation with family and friends With much love, the original condition of the listed Umgebinde house from 1825 was restored. The two-story house can accommodate up to 11 people. In the old block parlor is the fully equipped kitchen and the cozy room with tiled stove. In addition, there is a large room for approx. 30 people. The natural garden with orchard can be used for barbecuing and relaxing. A ping pong table is available.

Away from the village in the middle of nature right next to the horse paddock, a cozily furnished shepherd's wagon awaits you for a maximum of 3 people. Two more people can stay in the covered wagon next door (only in summer). From here you have a beautiful view of the horses.
