The rooms and outdoor spaces are extremely clean and clutter free. Just 1 1/2 miles from Bethlehem's center it feels miles away with meadows, mountains and an orchard for backdrops. Kolelemook Cottage - a peaceful lakeside retreat that offers something for everyone all year round. With pristine and shallow water, this lake is perfect for family recreation. We offer an inflatable swim platform, children and adult kayaks, as well as a paddle board for seasonal enjoyment (available Memorial Day-October 15). Just 15 minutes away is Franconia Notch and Cannon Ski Mountain which have hundreds of hiking and ski trails for all levels.

Comfortable Home, Hot Tub, Trails on 140 Acres

This property is located in a remote and beautiful area of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. The house is on 140 acres of fields and forest. There are 2.5 miles of private walking/snow shoeing trails in the woods. A large mowed area around the house provides space for grilling, outdoor dining, fire pit and games. The outdoor hot tub (emptied and refilled after each stay) is heated to 104 degrees year-round. This property is easily accessed from Route 2 and is on a well maintained dirt road.

Located 1.5 miles from Jericho Mountain State Park, it's the perfect base camp for your adventure. ATV/UTV right from the house, or trailer your snowmobiles right down the road. After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

The Kirby Hideaway

Close to restaurants, family activities, nightlife, and the beach. Gorgeous mountainous views, private space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business, families, and furry friends. It's electric car friendly plug on side of house. Fast internet starlink 443 mbps down load and 450 mbps up load. Security camera on the front of house facing the front door and down the driveway. Second security camera is facing the front of house and parking lot.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
