Monthly Rentals in old nice, Nice

Great little place with a big kitchen/lounge area. Great location in Nice. Will definitely book again when I go back.

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!

Enzo was quick to respond when we were looking for a place day of, and were lucky enough to find this place. Super close to all the beaches and it’s in old nice but close enough to the perimeter that you can have a car drop you off close-ish. Very cute

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location in Vieux Nice. Spotless and stylish. Nico was super responsive and check in/out couldn’t have been easier. As others have mentioned, if you have large luggage the stairs might be a challenge but do provide a great daily workout :). Would definitely stay again!
