Holiday rentals with a patio in old nice, Nice

We found this to be a perfect base for our stay in Nice. It is central to everywhere, yet peaceful and safe, a great authentic neighbourhood. It's a no frills airbnb, so maybe bring a couple of towels, but really that is very minor. It's a really nice apartment with a lovely but small terrace, great for morning breakfasts and sitting out with a glass of wine in the evening. It has everything you need for your stay, and close by are supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants. It's a few minutes away from Old Nice, and very walkable to the beach, Promenade des Anglaise, the train station and 2 minutes from the tram station. The front door lock can be a little fiddly at times, the trick is to turn the key slowly, and when you feel resistance, push the key gently in a little further and push the door. it's easy to get the hang of this. Overall, it would be tough to be beat this place for a trip to Nice - it is so easy to visit Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Eze from here.

It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

What a wonderful stay. We felt very grateful that we had chosen Sonny’s place. Incredible unit but what made it even better was her communication. She helped us secure a transfer from the airport and provided recommendations on how best to travel around Nice. Sonny also checked in on us and was more than happy to assist at anytime with anything that we needed. Nothing but positive recommendations from us!

Great hosts, responsive and super helpful. Easy walk to many points of interest and nightlife. Less than one block to tram to airport. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and modern. Good AC. Highest recommendation!

Adrien’s place was absolutely beautiful—just as described! It smelled amazing when we arrived, and the views were even better than the photos. Check-in was super easy, and Adrien was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to a bus stop that takes you everywhere. I’d definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Nice at this apartment. The location is perfect: in a quite block, right across from a grocery store, while also being extremely central, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train station, as well as the historic part of town with many attractions. The apartment itself is gorgeous, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and amenities. The hosts were extremely communicative and available. Probably my best find on AirBnB so far, would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic apartment for 2 people. Well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. Decor is nice and the bed is comfortable. Very central, but quiet when the doors are closed. Pebble beach is just across the road and supermarkets and shops are all within walking distance. The tram to Nice Centre Ville, Port of Nice and the airport is just outside the back door. Don Roberto across the street at the back does excellent pizzas and amazing burgers either to take away or sit outside. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

I love the greenery n very peaceful mood. I love the interior and the host Julien was so very kind and respsonsive. I chose this place because the parking is convenient and easy.

We had a great stay at Elisabeth and Clinton's. Very well received, we were surprised to see how impeccable the room was. We were independent, from the entrance to the accommodation to breakfast, thanks to all the little touches left in the room, it was simply perfect! I highly recommend this accommodation and personally thank Elisabeth and Clinton for this incredible service that is well worth the price :). Happy hosting!

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Wonderful, peaceful corner of Vieux Nice. If you don’t mind a bit of a steep walk up, this is the best. Quiet garden with fruit trees and exotic flowers. You won’t find a better spot in Vieux Nice. Ghislaine is a super-responsive host. Get it if it is available!

Veronique was a wonderful host. The location of the apartment and amenities made for a trip to Nice we will never forget. On top of it all, she was an incredibly accommodating and kind. I would absolutely recommend her home to anyone interested in travelling to the area.

Luciano is very helpful and attentive, the location is excellent close to most things ,the port and old town.Also has train station near by and supermarkets. The room clean and tidy with a lovely outdoor sitting area. All in all I give it 10 out of 10

Very good stay, clean accommodation and well located in the city

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Incredible apartment. Anyone looking to enjoy Nice and wants to have a quiet, peaceful escape this is the place to stay. The backyard and the hammock was such a treat that was enjoyed each evening. The apartment itself is set up perfectly with a comfortable bedroom with its own air conditioner and then a great set ip outside with the kitchen and living room with its own air conditioner. Viran was a great host with very clear instructions and responsive to questions. I would recommend Viran’s place in a heartbeat and on my next return trip to Nice will seek out his place to stay again.
