Holiday rentals with a patio in old nice, Nice

Thanks Irina for the hospitality and we love the apartment ! It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

What a wonderful stay. We felt very grateful that we had chosen Sonny’s place. Incredible unit but what made it even better was her communication. She helped us secure a transfer from the airport and provided recommendations on how best to travel around Nice. Sonny also checked in on us and was more than happy to assist at anytime with anything that we needed. Nothing but positive recommendations from us!

Adrien’s place was absolutely beautiful—just as described! It smelled amazing when we arrived, and the views were even better than the photos. Check-in was super easy, and Adrien was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to a bus stop that takes you everywhere. I’d definitely book again!

Great hosts, responsive and super helpful. Easy walk to many points of interest and nightlife. Less than one block to tram to airport. Well-equipped kitchen. Clean and modern. Good AC. Highest recommendation!

Sylvain and Clara were brilliant hosts. They sent lots of instructions before arriving which were slightly difficult to figure out but they were so responsive and replied to any concerns very quickly helping fix that issue. The place was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in it. Everything we wanted was walking distance from the apartment and very close to the train station.

We stayed 4 nights in Nice and had a great time. The location is perfect—just far enough from the city center to be quiet and relaxing, but still close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need. The apartment was relatively clean and well-equipped. A couple of areas for improvement: the garage opener had a weak signal, so it took a bit of time to get in and out, and the towels had a damp, musty smell—I’d recommend bringing your own if you can. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 5/5 stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in Nice at this apartment. The location is perfect: in a quite block, right across from a grocery store, while also being extremely central, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, the beach and the train station, as well as the historic part of town with many attractions. The apartment itself is gorgeous, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and amenities. The hosts were extremely communicative and available. Probably my best find on AirBnB so far, would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

Impeccable séjour passé chez Sandra. Le logement était agréable, au calme, bien équipé et bien situé. Nous avons pu visiter beaucoup d’endroits sans devoir faire trop de kilomètres. Sandra était disponible quand il le fallait et nous a bien conseillé.

A lovely stay! A large apartment with a beautiful garden. 25 minute walk to a lovely beach and restaurants.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

Really great stay, lovely hosts and apartment. Great location, peaceful and private but still very walkable to both beach and the centre. Clean and tidy and hosts were really responsive. Loved the terrace! Thank you for having us ☺️

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft von Catherine sehr zufrieden gewesen! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Der Garten ist einfach toll! Wir haben da gerne gefrühstückt oder am Abend entspannt gesessen. Die Unterkunft ist in 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof erreichbar, trotzdem ist aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen hier sehr gerne wieder. Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Toppenläge och fräsch lägenhet! Vi trivdes jättebra, och det var nära till stranden, restauranger och kollektivtrafik. Lägenheten var ren, ljus och hade allt vi behövde. Rekommenderas varmt!
