Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Old Town, Bologna

We had such a great stay at Paola's apartment. It's beautiful and in a great location in the old town. Everywhere is super walkable and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Paola was super responsive and really helpful. She allowed us to check in after midnight and also booked us a taxi for our early flight home! Would highly recommend 😍

Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

Soggiorno meraviglioso! La host, Elisa è stata fantastica…. Ci ha spiegato e mandato tutto per tempo in modo da arrivare tranquilli, la casa è stata un sogno e ci ha pure fatto trovare una piccola colazione. La casa splendida, meglio anche che nelle foto. Tutto in ordine e pulitissimo. Inoltre, un plus della casa è stata la cucina super fornita. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con supermercati e bar vicini. Un soggiorno da rifare assolutamente

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

This place was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Bologna. Everything was walkable and there are so many things nearby. Even a great coffee shop right below the apartment. Fiorella’s recommendations were amazing! The restaurants she recommended could not have been better! We enjoyed her place so much and was great to have a place to relax. Would highly recommmend staying here. Also, checking in and out was super flexible. Fiorella was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è graziosa, pulita e ha tutto quel che serve. Il giardino è carinissimo e ben arredato con comode poltrone da esterni, tavolino, un grande ombrellone e l’amaca. Ci è dispiaciuto un po’ non sfruttarlo perché siamo stati praticamente sempre in giro. Parcheggio privato all’ombra, cancello automatico e quartiere elegante. Wi fi perfetto, la doccia ha un bel getto potente e uno scarico ben funzionante (non è per niente scontato nella mia esperienza). Casa molto funzionale e arredata con buon gusto. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile a venirci incontro col check leggermente in anticipo. C’erano le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè e bagnoschiuma e shampoo nella doccia. Zanzariere alle finestre della camera e aria condizionata in soggiorno che ha tolto umidità in tutto l’appartamento. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono frequenti bus per il centro, poco oltre un ottimo bar pasticceria per la colazione e altri negozi. Promosso a pieni voti

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & homely apartment. Alfredo was super helpful & responded very quickly. Fridge had bottles of water, yoghurts, drinks & on the side there were also extra snacks which was really nice. Only tiny downside was the walk home at night back to the apartment as it wasn’t well lit & there was a group of young men lingering outside the steps by the door. Obviously totally out of Alfredo’s control but just to note for solo travellers especially female as it made us quite anxious. Once again the apartment was lovely and we would still recommended- thanks Alfredo!

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, ist gut erreichbar und bietet einen tollen Ausblick – besonders vom Balkon aus. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich schnell wohl, und auch ein Lift ist vorhanden, was angenehm ist. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster eher lebhaft, was aber zu erwarten ist. Die Treppe zum Zimmer ist recht steil – das sollte man einfach wissen, wenn man damit Mühe hat. Im Badezimmer gab es gelegentlich einen leichten Geruch. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt – ideal für alle, die mitten im Geschehen sein möchten.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location. Close to all great bars/cafes/restaurants and easy to walk everywhere. Really clean and had everything we need. Would definitely stay again

I absolutely loved this apartment! I stayed for a week while working remotely and exploring the city, and it couldn’t have been a better base. The internet was super fast and completely reliable, perfect for digital nomads like me. The natural light and large windows made the space feel bright and welcoming throughout the day. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very well-equipped. The bathroom and kitchen were especially comfortable and convenient. I was visiting during a very hot summer, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just steps away from all the main tourist spots. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, and I loved strolling under the beautiful Bologna porticos. Federico was beyond kind and thoughtful. He also shared a list of local food recommendations, and every single place I tried was a 10/10. You can tell he really cares about helping his guests have the best experience in Bologna. Easy to find! Near by the train station. I had a bit of a hiccup with my medication while traveling the co-host made sure I was covered. I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend to anyone else who may have doubts or want to book! 11/10 would stay again :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Andrea. L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Bologne à pied. L’environnement est très calme, bien que très proche du centre-ville. L’appartement est très spacieux.,très propre .C’est aussi un un univers d’art et de culture. Autre avantage : il reste frais même quand il fait très chaud dehors. Andrea met en plus un ventilateur à disposition. Andrea est un hôte très réactif et très sympathique, soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons ce logement, sans aucune hésitation.

Valeria's apartment is impressive. As one other guest remarked it is much more spacious than the pictures on AirBNB suggest. Valeria went out of her way to furnish the place to make guests feel at home. We were impressed with the breakfast items left for us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped as is the bathroom. There aren't many places I have stayed where first aid, sun screen, washing detergent, etc is left for the guests. A lot of thought has gone into making guests feel safe and at home. The building itself is 5 to 10 minutes away from the main attractions. There is all sorts of shopping on the street around the corner. There are even good restaurants, bars and cafes outside the front door of the building. As for communication, we were very happy to be met by Valeria and walked through the apartment before leaving us to our privacy. It is a great place and Valeria was a great host. We certainly recommend Cosa Mia in Bologna.

Dejvi è stato molto gentile, accogliente e flessibile. L’appartamento rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: dotato di tutti i servizi, rifornito generosamente di tutto il necessario (anche per la colazione), e in una posizione estremamente centrale e comoda.

Alina was very responsive and the place was super clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment which takes you directly to the city centre. It was calm and quiet, which let us get rested after a busy day exploring the city. I would choose this place again if I come back to Bologna :)

Nettes Apartment in zentraler Lage. Fußläufig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Bolognas zu erreichen. Es liegt in einem lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Bars und Restaurants. Nachts hört man davon allerdings nichts, da das Apartment nicht zur Strasse hin liegt. Wir sind recht spät angereist, was aber kein Problem war, Anna hat bereits auf uns gewartet. Ich würde es wieder nehmen, wenn ich wieder einmal in Bologna bin.

The process for getting in are a bit involved, but if you follow instructions step by step it’s actually quite simple. Beautiful part of the city, in walking distance to the main station and inner city/old town. Enjoyed the stay.

Non è la prima volta che sono ospite di Roberta e mi trovo sempre bene e confermo tutto ciò che ho affermato nei precedenti soggiorni. Ospitalità, disponibilità in qualsiasi momento, alloggio pulitissimo e super attrezzato di tutto, compresa aria condizionata.

An absolute gem that I wish we could have stayed longer at! It was close enough in to the action that meant it was incredibly walkable but enough out that the area was a bit quieter and felt really safe. Place was beautiful just as describes and matched the photos! The host was super proactive in their messages and always replied quickly. Will definitely be coming back to stay if we end up back in Bologna

Giuseppe’s place was the best place we stayed on our Italy trip! The place is filled with little details to help you feel a little more at home while traveling. The place is extremely clean and in a really central location. Giuseppe was also extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend you stay here in Bologna!
