The LOFT is on the ground floor, an OPEN SPACE on three levels, entrance to the dining room with access to the terrace and kitchen (induction plates, oven, fridge, toaster), 1 bedroom with a double bed in the mezzanine (2 guests), 1 Smart TV room and a sofa bed (single for 1 guest or double for 2 guests), bathroom. The entire apartment is available, and is located in a limited traffic area.

Fino a 3 persone possono essere accolte in un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. L'accesso è al piano terra e privo di barriere architettoniche.
