You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

For lovers of a historic living atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and was built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: "Spinnerei Deutschland". Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED?
