"Het Steumke" is een 65m2 groot appartement in een moderne woonboerderij en is gelegen op landgoed de Tol. Aan de weg die Enschede en Hengelo met elkaar verbindt. Tussen de Universiteit Twente en Golfbaan Driene. En op loop afstand van het FC Twente Stadion. Het centrum van Enschede en Hengelo zijn op de fiets in 15 minuten te bereiken of met het OV/de auto in 10 minuten. Bij terugkomst in de accommodatie kunt u volop genieten van de privacy en rust en het buitenleven op het landgoed.

This modern and newly-refurbished holiday apartment on two levels is located on a dairy farm. The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

Our apartment is in the center of Deurningen. It is part of a building with several apartments. This building used to be a Bakery with shop and house after which it is now named. The apartment is new and fully furnished in a sustainable way and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The living space is 65 m2. On the third floor, there is a loggia where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening sun. Breakfast is available upon request.

For lovers of a historic living atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and was built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: "Spinnerei Deutschland". Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? The modern, bright apartment is in the center of Ahaus. The apartment offers enough space for three adults or two adults and two children. The toll booth was completely renovated in 2019 and is energy neutral. Near the sports company Tijenraan where you can swim, tavern Tivoli and the motor museum. Adjacent cycling and hiking junction Salland… .. The Tolhuisje stands on the edge of the pleasant center of Raalte with plenty of hospitality and shopping options.

U heeft de beschikking over een kookunit, zit/slaaphoek, een sauna, openhaard en een eigen zitje in de tuin, omgeven door een aantal fruitbomen. Ondanks dat ons appartement midden in het centrum ligt, zult u een oase van rust ervaren. In overleg is het mogelijk dat er voor u gekookt wordt of het ontbijt ( 12,50 per persoon) verzorgd wordt.

The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike.
