Welcome to our mobile home located at the Cap Soleil (4*) campsite in Saint-Denis d'Oléron, located right across from the Atlantic Ocean. An ideal location to enjoy the sea air every day. Our mobile home, very recent, is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a large covered terrace, as an extension of the interior space. The campsite has a large outdoor swimming pool (4 slides) and indoor pool (1 slide), a bar-restaurant, a convenience store and many games for children.

Studio classified 3* (33m2) comfortable 5 min walk to the port, in quiet residence. Sofa bed 160 and 90/190 bunk beds for family with 1or2 children or 3 adults. A piece of garden with furniture. Heated pool and hammam open from February to early November and Christmas. Linen NOT included (NO tea towels, bath mats, sheets, towels), rent on request. Free parking on site (based on availability) An amount of 40 euros for cleaning is included in the price.

I offer a 40 m2 apartment on the 1st floor without an elevator, for 2 people with bedding 140 x 190. It is equipped with a kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook. You will also find a living space with sofa and TV 82 cm, desk area. A sleeping area with a closet. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel radiator A separate toilet. Cleaning must be done on departure.

For our friends the animals welcome with permission from the owner.
