Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Olive Branch

Host very communicative and responsive. There was minimal yet expected sounds from the occupants next door ( doors closing, voices on patio). Very walkable neighborhood to lots of nearby restaurants.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The space was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! We visited the Memphis area for the, Memphis is May, Bar-B-Q Competition. After researching the crime statistics in Memphis we opted to search in the outlying areas. Olive Branch is less than 30 minutes from downtown Memphis, and we felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and home. The host was very responsive, the home was clean and spacious for the 5 adults in our party. Thank you, Treshawn!

We had a great stay at Sath’s place! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and the house was only a few minutes away from Snowden Grove baseball complex. Located in a great neighborhood, near lots of great restaurants and shopping. The house was beautiful and clean! We will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Don and Billy were amazing hosts. They were super communicative. They left us perfect instructions and were there to meet us when we checked in to greet us and make us feel at home. The apartment is great and had all we needed. It's also very close to Beale Street. The location is fantastic. Thanks so much for making us feel so welcome.

This place has plenty of room, everything you need for a short or long stay. I initially booked for 5 weeks and stayed 11 weeks. Great location, close to everything, but a quiet, private location. Very comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of street parking or private covered parking in the back. 100% would book again!

Very quaint and private space. Walkable to lots of bars and restaurants in midtown. We loved our stay!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Emily and Drew are such a great host, The apartment is beautiful, Nice in and out and i recommend anyone visiting memphis to check it out. One great thing about this place is that it is close to everything downtown. I will stay here again anytime

Amazing place , nice area. They were always responding when we needed help. The only bad thing I would say it was a few knats in the home. But it’s Summertime and we were in the south. So I understand but over beautiful home and had a great stay.

Jon was such a responsive and thorough host!! He always replied to my questions. The space exceeded my expectations! We were there for our wedding and there was so much space for us to finish our wedding prep before our special day. We loved that it was so close to Overton Square (where our wedding was held)! Loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony in the morning and listening to the birds while drinking coffee

It’s everything you can imagine, if you want a place to chill and relax and actually enjoy your stay this is the place for you. I love it so much and I will be coming back again!!!!!!
