Bright apartment of 88 m2 in a residential and green area where it is easy to park for free. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. As for my main residence, I limit the number of guests with 1 or 2 children to 2 adults. I can lend an umbrella bed if needed.
