Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Julien's! The apartment is close to the EHESP where I was doing a training, the parking space is a real plus. Quiet and soothing environment, you feel at home! Finally, I want to highlight the quality of the amenities because it's one of the first times I've seen an AirBnb so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. A big thank you, can only recommend!

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Jean was a great host and the stay was peaceful and quiet. We really loved the area!

Every detail had been thought out so well by Laurence and Jean Marie, the cottage was spotless, modern and comfortable. We visited Angers and Nantes as well as little towns such as Ingrandes sur Loire and enjoyed the holiday very much. We were very impressed by the area and particularly the lovely gite.

Absolutely gorgeous airbnb - so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean with lots of care and attention taken over the little touches. The renovation of the stone cottage has been completed to a very high standard indeed. Complete with very high quality appliances as well. We found the property reasonably easily , despite entering via the wrong driveway. We met Jean-Loic's sister and father and both were lovely friendly people. Highly recommend to other travellers. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and quiet, we stayed there for a family weekend and it matched the description well. Maëlys was very responsive to messages, and the exchanges were pleasant and caring.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.
