It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

20 km south of Rennes, this large independent gite will seduce you with its warm atmosphere and its rural environment, conducive to pleasant stays with family and friends. Set in a property dating from the early 18th century, you will be seduced by its interior and its garden of more than 6000 m2 A mini farm with chickens and goats will enchant your children. A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
