We stayed at the accommodation for a week and are super satisfied! The location is great – quiet and yet close to the beach, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The house is beautifully decorated and it really has everything you need. You feel right at home. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super nice, modernly furnished and equipped with a lot of love for detail. It really had everything you need – from kitchen utensils to cozy extras. You immediately felt comfortable. Especially great was the fantastic garden, which was not only perfect for relaxing, but also enjoyed our dog incredibly well. We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a great time in this beautiful, quiet holiday home on the mountain with a group of seven. The pool was refreshing, the whirlpool cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available to us for questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thank you for everything and best wishes from Fürth/Nuremberg.

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. As a ground level apartment with direct garden access, it was the perfect setup for our dog to enjoy. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Location wise, It's just a few minutes walk from the sea. We were welcomed by a perfectly clean and tidy suite, with very good layout and functional furniture. The apartment exudes warmth and playfulness. Lots of storage for whatever you have adds to the comfort of your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils for preparing and eating. The beds are comfortable, and the spacious room set is ideal for relaxing in front of the TV. WIFI great. The view from the terrace is stunning and worth every step you go up to the apartment. Beaches with perfectly clear waters are a rarity today, and the nearby beaches are just that. Mr. Florian is a great and caring host, always available for any questions. It was a lovely getaway that we will remember for a long time

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

This apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. It was furnished with a lot of heart and the view of the bay is perfect. We had a very nice stay in this cute apartment.
