Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. 5 minutes from the highway and 20 minutes from the ocean, in a small village, this cozy apartment offers a peaceful stop for the whole family, in a pretty residential park with swimming pool, mini golf, ping pong table, tennis courts and pétanque. Living room, bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. TV nook, mezzanine and one bedroom with two single beds on the 1st floor.
