Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

This spacious cottage with private entrance is located behind our house (on the other side of our rich garden). ♡ Living room with gas fireplace, cinema, kitchen with fridge/combi-oven/kettle/hob, bathroom with rain shower, a loft with double bed ♡ Spacious terrace with umbrella, garden furniture and a barbecue ♡ Sauna and hot tub for an additional fee (€45) ♡ 15-minute walk to The Hague Market (restaurants and shops) 10 minutes by car/ 15 minutes by bike to the center of Breda.

Net buiten Breda in het Brabantse dorpje Bavel ligt onze voormalige boerderij met schuur. Het gastenverblijf bevindt zich in de schuur, deze staat vrij, achter op ons terrein. Het verblijf is met veel zorg ingericht, met zoveel mogelijke duurzame materialen. Hout en beton zijn de basis, de inrichting is een mix van oud en nieuw waarbij zeker ook aan comfort is gedacht! Zo slaap je op heerlijke boxspring bedden! Ook hebben we kippen in de tuin en kan je zelf elke dag een vers eitje pakken!

This unique accommodation is located near bustling Breda and yet in the middle of nature. There is a separate entrance with a large private garden for you as a guest, with a cozy covered outdoor room. You enter a hall where you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessities and a place to eat. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a separate sitting area. The bathroom has a shower. There are 2 bicycles for you. We can serve breakfast for €12 per person upon request.

Geniet van de rustige bosrijke omgeving, airconditioning, een apart toilet en een wasmachine in de berging. Op loopafstand vindt u een wellnesscentrum, golfbaan en de mogelijkheid om te ontbijten, lunchen, dineren en borrelen. Ontspan en geniet van een onvergetelijke vakantie in deze prachtige villa

Kom genieten in het tuinhuis, gelegen in de tuin, van het monumentale pand Withof. Compleet met prive wellness (jacuzzi en sauna). Het gastenverblijf is voorzien van alle gemakken. Wij bieden de gasten zoveel mogelijk privacy, maar soms kan je ons even tegenkomen in de tuin. Ook je viervoeter is op aanvraag welkom (+€20,-). Breda, de bossen, Nationaal park de Biesbosch en voorzieningen zoals supermarkt, apotheek, restaurants in de directe omgeving.
