Majas on tsentraalne veevärk ja kanalisatsioon. Kabli on puhta loodusega väga eriline paik Eestis. Siin on RMK hooldatud matkarajad, linnuvaatlustorn, seene ja marjametsad ja muidugi meri. Eesti lääneranniku merevesi on sageli soe veel ka septembris. Kabli pood-kohvik on kaugemalgi tuntud eriti maitsvate pirukatega.
