Very unique apartment downtown Otsego, walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Recently renovated, this space sits above the vault of a 1920's era bank with a rustic/industrial feel. Featuring rustic ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathroom and work area, bamboo floors in the living/bedroom, granite counters, tile backsplash, copper sinks, and tile shower with glass door. 65" smart flatscreen tv, electric fireplace, WIFI, Central Air/Heat, and built in butcher block desk.

Relax with the family at this historic stone cottage. Create new memories on around the fire pit. While relaxing on the lake you have access to stand up paddle boards/kayaks & floats. Easy access to public boat launch (we can help you rent a boat or bring yours) 2 bedrooms, a pullout sofa and a lovely sleeping porch. Close to Bay Pointe Inn (live music every Wednesday!) Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

Come experience this Charming, Cozy little Cottage overlooking Wilkinson lake! Enjoy the Lake view on the perched decks, relaxing in the Hot tub or around the campfire. Swim and soak in the sun, enjoy the Beach or the huge sand box. Explore the connected all sports Wilkinson, Cloverdale, Mud and Jones lakes all from one location! Kayaks and paddle board included, or bring your own boat! Exceptional fishing from the dock even if you’re new to it.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
