Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Orbanići

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

Cute, small apartment within walking distance of the amphitheater and the city center. On the balcony, above the rooftops, you can enjoy the evening in a relaxed way. The bathroom is small, but perfectly adequate and has a washing machine. Caterina is very friendly and responds quickly with helpful tips. There is a cheap parking lot just around the next corner.

We loved staying in Blue Rhapsody! It was so spacious and calm. It's a really relaxing space to be in and is a great location! Maja was also really helpful and Welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Staying at Moria's was a bullseye. First of all, a beautiful view from the windows to the bay and nearby beaches, secondly, a great location - on the one hand, literally 50m to the beach and on the other 100m to the shopping center with a supermarket, a place for coffee and a delicious pizzeria, thirdly, still quite close to the old town - about 3.5-4km. A flat without luxuries but very clean. Just outside the house, there is free parking along the street - although we have always managed to find a free space. On the plus side, there was a small, though unfortunately rare, and a pity, because sometimes it is a godsend - a bottle of cold water was waiting for us in the fridge! Moria herself was very kind and open, she welcomed us and explained the nearest surroundings. Moria, thank you again for the unforgettable stay. See you!

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we met when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is present ! Jacuzzi , very nice with view over the town, you feel like king and queen ! The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
