Hiking trails and rock climbing. By car, it takes about 30 minutes to Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, Fjällbacka or other coastal gems. The house includes the essentials you need. As well as three parking spaces. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens and bath towels can be rented if desired. Cleaning is not included. Please leave it in the same condition. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.

The popular swimming area Saltkällan is only 5 km away, and all the gems of the coast, such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad, are 40 km away, making it a perfect starting point for many nice excursion destinations. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Cozy house in a rural setting

Welcome to your holiday accommodation in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Here you live with proximity to nature and Gullmarsfjorden's fishing and saltwater swimming. Grocery store, restaurant and a larger shopping center are 10 minutes away by car. The accommodation is a good starting point for visiting Bohuslän's all excursion destinations and fishing communities in summer and winter. Take a day trip to Smögen and Lysekil or spend a few hours at a spa. The house is cozy, spacious and fully equipped with what is needed for a successful stay.

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. There is a wood-fired hot tub.

Newly built, well-planned attic house close to the sea and nature. Here you can experience the beautiful west coast with all its natural experiences and pleasures. Only a 5-minute walk to saltwater swimming and fishing. Attefallshuset has a large patio, perfect for BBQ evenings and relaxation. The accommodation is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, shower and washing machine. In the living room, there is a TV and sofa bed. In the loft, there is a double bedroom and wardrobes.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
