The villa is a 67 m² 4-star rated furnished tourist accommodation. It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. Guests will appreciate the views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The back yard is fully fenced.

Shops, bars, restaurants, as well as the departures of the ski lifts for Champagny / La Plagne / Paradiski, 10 min walk, and the possibility of a free shuttle. Swimming pool, relaxation/wellness area, play area 5min walk away. Nordic area and Champagny le Haut toboggan run accessible by free shuttle. Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

Located in Maurienne, in the village of Orelle, at the foot of the 3 Vallées ski area (largest ski area in Europe - 600 km of slopes), this comfortable and warm apartment for 1 to 4 people is located in a 3-star residence that offers the possibility of access to the wellness area: indoor and heated pool, spa and jacuzzi (summer: July-August; winter: mid-December to early May; managed by the residence, closed on Saturdays).

Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.
