The apartment is surrounded by parking. You can feel like you're home!!

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

It has a sofa bed for a child under 12. It's equipped with homeware, microwave, TV, wifi, etc. The location is perfect, it is behind the Teatro Campoamor, one street from the shopping area, 5 minutes from the old town, the cider boulebard and the train and bus stations.

La Casa 44. Country house with spa/jacuzzi in Asturias

Casa 44 is a project that we managed to carry out after two years of looking for the house of our dreams. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.
