The house is fabulous. The garden is great, very large and with a covered area where you can sit quietly even if it rains. The living room is very cozy, with a huge sofa and a fireplace. The ground floor also has a stove that ensures a nice temperature. All rooms are also equipped with electric radiators, including each of the three bathrooms. Two water heaters, also electric, provide hot water for the kitchen and baths. More than enough hot water, but obviously you can't open all the taps at the same time. The host is exceptional, super attentive and thoughtful. In addition to taking care of the house also carries the only shop in the village and makes sure you have everything you need. It's amazing :) The products are all local, mostly artisans or homemade, so the quality is more than assured. Wonderful, I said it. She also knows the area perfectly and is always willing to help and advise with possible activities, where to go, what to see, where to eat :) We have been two families, ten people in total, six of them children and the truth is that we have felt like in our own house, as a family as one who says. A really recommended stay, the truth.

Elenor got the balance between being available and respecting our privacy perfectly. A lovely lady who clearly cared that we were happy. The house is wonderful, everything is clean. clear and easy instructions, making access as easy as possible. the location more than the best , you can easily move by car to the little villages from side and disconnect.

Fantastic holidays with the family

Our stay in Luanco was just perfect. The house is located in a beautiful environment, with all the necessary amenities very close. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled in a modern and functional style, which is greatly appreciated. It also has a large garden, which unfortunately we could only enjoy one day because of the rain. Even so, the house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, and the central heating helped make our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this house to spend a few days with friends or family.

This year we decided to spend Good Night and Christmas with the family in Cantabria and, the truth, we couldn't choose a better location. Beatriz has been a great host, friendly and approachable. The house is not missing detail, this new one is spacious and has everything you need to make yourself at home. 100% recommended

The accommodation is large and spacious. It is true that being wooden, the floor sounded when climbing the stairs or walking around the upper stays, but it was not a problem. It has a barbecue and a large terrace on which to enjoy the nice weather. Also, it has good views as you can see both the surrounding mountains and the sea from the upper floors. As for its location, it was atop a hill in Sebreño but in 15 minutes walking you were in Ribadesella beach. Very accessible. The host, Constanza was very attentive to our arrival and provided us with a lot of information about activities and things to see/do. Really recommendable.

Unbeatable. The friendliness of the host, the service , the reception when we arrive late after a long trip, dinner, breakfast … the house in general, facilities, materials, finishes . The stay at Villa Erbosa was fantastic. We came to spend a few days in Asturias with a group of friends and we were very comfortable. The house is spectacular, surrounded by splendid views and in the middle of a very quiet development with many facilities such as a bar, pool, playgrounds and direct access to a beautiful beach. The house was also equipped with everything you need and more. Ingació has been very friendly and attentive, communication with him has been very easy, and he has recommended very many places to eat, drink cider and also for hiking.

We had 6 nights in this large and rural house. It’s perfect for family stays with 3 separate bedrooms but the main attraction is outside, there is so much outside seating / dining with the pool, trampoline and play house. It’s in a very quiet area, really the only passing people are there to see the bufones. It was hard to locate the house initially but after that, the hosts were fantastic to deal with. A great, relaxing stay!

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and super accessible. It is literally in front of the beach and next to the Villaviciosa Estuary. The area is beautiful and idyllic for walking, playing sports and connecting with nature. The house has enough rooms to be comfortable even with 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 11 of us staying at Casa Telva. The house is very large and all the rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms...) are very comfortable and spacious. The garage is very spacious to fit several cars, but as a catch, the entrance to the garage is a bit cumbersome. You can find all kinds of utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, hairdryers, kettle…) even games, sun loungers, etc. Regarding the location, it is in a very well located development in the center of Llanes and at the same time in a quiet and beautiful area (it has a beautiful garden and terrace). Avelina and Rufino were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We rate our stay a 10 and intend to return.
